Refund & Cancellation Policy

A Note Before We Begin

At Body & Soul Wellness, every class, coaching session, and handcrafted offering is prepared with intention and care.

Your registration reserves time, space, and resources specifically for you. This policy helps us honor both your commitment and the time invested in serving our community.

If life brings unexpected circumstances, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we will always do our best to respond with compassion and fairness.

Movement Classes

Drop-in class registrations are non-refundable.

If you're unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours before class whenever possible. When advance notice is provided, we may transfer your registration to another class at our discretion.

Missed classes without notice are considered forfeited.

Class Passes & Memberships

Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Body & Soul Wellness.

Unused class passes expire according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Private Coaching & Personal Training

Private sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

If Body & Soul Wellness must cancel a session, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Workshops, Retreats & Special Events

Because these events require advance planning and limited space:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations within 14 days are generally non-refundable unless your space can be filled.

Specific events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be provided during registration.

Herbal Products

We hope you love every product you receive.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.

Due to the nature of herbal products and wellness items, opened products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable resources, online courses, and educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptional Circumstances

Life happens.

Illness, family emergencies, and unexpected events occur. If something unforeseen prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible. While policies help us serve everyone fairly, we value people over transactions whenever possible.
